A Gentle Spring Cleanse

Around this time of year, I used to teach a Spring Gentle Cleanse that had a holistic approach to cleansing the body, mind, and home. I really loved teaching this class. It felt like a seasonal ritual of sorts, bringing forth the energetics of Spring directly into my personal healthcare and sharing it with you.

I like to think it was a VERY mellow version of Marie Kondo type of cleanse- get rid of what doesn’t bring you joy and make space for new life to come in.

Doing this type of holistic cleanse has similar energetic results as acupuncture does on the body—decreasing inflammation and creating more SPACE for things to flow with ease, resulting in increased energy and potentially a deeper connection back home to myself.

The past few years have been a big transition for me as a new mom. I didn’t have the capacity to offer the same seasonal classes I have in the past, and first needed to find a new rhythm back to my own self-care again.

Instead of offering a live (or Zoom) class this year, I decided to create a video that will walk you through practical steps and suggestions for a gentle spring cleanse at home.

 In addition to the video, I included a 15-minute guided meditation that is meant to support you through the cleanse, or on its own. This meditation walks you through the steps to relaxing your body, cleansing your mind, and coming back home again, to yourself.
