31 Dec Closing out the Year with Gratitude
Before closing the chapter on another year, I’d like to thank you for being a very important part of my community.
Whatever type of relationship (patient, colleague, and friend) we have, your presence in my life serves as a mirror to help me see myself. Through hearing your stories, struggles, and insights, I continue to be in awe of how we are more alike than different. I find the recognition of our common humanity to be profoundly healing.
Over the next few months we will be transitioning from the Chinese Water Rabbit year into the Wood Dragon new year. I invite you to join me and Rev. Ginny Brown this Wednesday, Jan 3rd, for a live conversation discussing the themes connected to a mystical Dragon year and how we can intentionally flow with more ease from one year into the next.
As we move through the winter, I invite you to keep tuning into the wisdom of your own body. What messages or insights are you receiving? Allow this hibernation season to support you with deep rest and more time to integrate the experiences from your past year.
